They need to figure out a way to contain the Schieffle line. They are getting way to many grade A chances.

O'Reilly, Tarasenko, Schenn; you boys have got to be better.

no more excuses. you have the goalie. time for the big boys to step up and deliver. if petro doesn't take himself out of position and the play going for the big hit you might be looking at a chance to close out the series tonight. even still you had the chances but failed. is this yet another year of Blues futility?

i hope not

5 minutes left in the 1st. Is it even worth watching the rest of the game. Blues can't score

Edit: Blues can't score in the first 2 periods

This part of the blog aged well -

"Hopefully they won’t need to change them as the lines will be clicking tonight but if they aren’t, he can’t be afraid to try something new if need be."

The line changes really helped. Good job Chief.

My glass was completely empty last night, went to bed half way through the third. This is a pleasant surprise.

Quite ironic that the game started and ended in the near-exact same fashion.

Holy crap, this aged well too

'At that point in time, I would have moved Perron up in to Schenn’s spot and moved Schenn down with Jaden Schwartz and Oskar Sundqvist for at least two shifts."

I am still on a high from last nights win.

Wow, what a comeback! Don't count these Blues out. They are finding a way to win.

Unbelievable... I’m re-watching last 7 minutes... I still don’t understand... How does this team look so lost at home but finds a way, two goals down in the third, to pull it out?! Schwartz, the guy who could barely buy a goal all season, with an amazing touch out of mid-air!

Right?! I watched that play and the replays and kept thinking, “I can see them calling that a goal or a no goal.” Glad that they erred on the side of keeping the game as competitive as possible.

I can’t see how they could’ve determined that the pegs were still in the ice when the puck crossed the line, unless the in-net camera picked up something that we couldn’t see...
